			‘ScreenLink’ helps GP’s, and Cardiologist referrers identify whether their cardiac patients are suitable for ICD Therapy (Implantable Cardiac Defibrillator) or CRT Therapy (Cardiac Resynchronisation Therapy). The patient selection tool is based on the National Heart Foundation (Australia) and Cardiac Society of Australia guidelines.
